At CED we not only manufacture packing cases at our premises, either as one-off cases or specialist short runs, but also offer a complete packing service. This service can be completed at customers' premises whenever necessity dictates.

Continual investment in technical and human resources has kept us abreast of the very latest developments in the packing industry. We can pack highly delicate and sensitive instruments in a humidity controlled environment, using the latest barrier-foil techniques to prevent ingress of moisture and possible corrosion during long-term storage or overseas transportation. We are the only company in our area able to offer 'Foam-in-place' packing and pre-moulded foam units to manufacturers and suppliers. This provides the ultimate in packaging protection. Keeping abreast of current EEC legislation in respect of the use of environmentally friendly packing materials has enabled us to maintain our Green philosophy.

To complement our packing service, we are international freight forwarders, and as such can export customers' products by air or surface world-wide at economic rates. Airfreight, TIR trailer and seafreight (either full container or groupage rates) can be quoted on request.
